Skip Beat! Episode 18

Ahh.. This is the best Skip Beat! episode so far! The interchanges between Sho and Kyoko are simply great and hilarious. As we all know, Kyoko knows all about Sho. Surprisingly, it seems like Sho knows a lot about Kyoko too. Though he insists that Kyoko is his enemy, he appears to care for her a little. My favorite scene has to be the scene where Kyoko almost strangles Sho to death during the act. LOL.. No matter how much Kyoko has improved in her acting, she's only human. If I have the chance to strangle my arch enemy, I might have the urge to strangle him to death too. (^o^)yAnother thing I love about this episode is Sho's (Miyano Mamoru's) singing! He's one of my favorite Seiyuu!!I'm so looking forward to next week!! The filming for Sho's promo video will continue. I'm expecting Kyoko to use her acting skills to sweep Sho off his feet! \(^.^)/SummaryThe previous episode ends off with Kyoko passing a packet of salt to Sho. With that, Sho is 100% sure that this Kyoko is his childhood friend and he vows to make her reveal her real identity. After Sho finishes putting on his costume and makeup, he sees a swan-shaped bottle of fragrance. He remembers that Kyoko likes the bottle and she even gives it a name. Along with the makeup artist and with the bottle in his hand, he makes his way to the girls' makeup room. In the makeup room, he flirts with Kyoko with the intention to make her reveal her identity. However, it fails as a jealous Mimori breaks them up. Sho then brings out the bottle. The moment Kyoko sees the bottle, together with Sho, they utter out the name she gives the bottle 'Odette'. Despite this, Sho decides not to fire her as he's confident that no matter what she does, it will not hurt him.Meanwhile, Ren is at a filming location with his manager. His manager is still probing him about why he gave Kyoko 10 less points. Ren denies that it's due to personal feelings and insists that he's just being professional. However, his manager thinks otherwise and he even suspects that Ren might have feelings for Kyoko. The focus switches back to Kyoko. She just finishes her makeup and everyone, including Sho, is amazed by how beautiful she looks. With angry eyes, she walks towards Sho and gives him a big kick and says,
'This is nothing compared to the pain I felt when you broke my heart. But that was the old me, the one whose world revolved around you. Sorry to break it to you, but now, the pure and innocent girl you knew is nowhere to be found!'
The filming starts. Sho unconsciously keeps staring at Kyoko. He's mesmerized by her looks and acting. The main producer is also impressed with Kyoko's acting. Kyoko is able to lead Mimori into the act, despite Mimori's hatred for her. The main producer reminds Sho not to let down his guard if he does not wish to lose to Kyoko. It's finally Kyoko's and Sho's turn to act together. Kyoko is supposed to strangle Sho and push him off a castle. During the act, Kyoko's little devils take control and Kyoko almost suffocates Sho to death. The same thing happens during the 2nd take. The main producer decides to let Kyoko take a break. During the break, Sho urges her to do her best to give him a more beautiful performance.PicturesSho: 'I am perfect!'Sho is reminiscing the past. It's oddly sweet to see them utter 'Odette' at the same time.Ren's manager: 'He looks like a Casanova but maybe he’s clueless when it comes to girls!'Beautiful Kyoko.Kyoko: 'This is nothing compared to the pain I felt when you broke my heart. But that was the old me, the one whose world revolved around you. Sorry to break it to you, but now, the pure and innocent girl you knew is nowhere to be found!'Kyoko is trying to imitate Sho. Haha...Sho is trying to stop himself from staring at Kyoko. It's finally Kyoko's and Sho's turn to act together!1st take!!2nd take!! LOL.. Kyoko is trying to look more like an angel.. Attempt failed!Sho: 'I’m begging you. Do your absolute best to give me a more beautiful performance.'Bookmark and Share
