Reading the synopsis, I thought this might be a very serious anime. Well, I was half-right. I think the plot is serious (revolves around terrorism) but the anime itself is fun to watch. I'm quite amused by the fact that Akira actually manages to get a total stranger to take off his pants and give the pants to him. Also, the scene where he takes off his pants for the police woman is funny.
The animation quality is superb. The characters designs remind me of Honey and Clover. This is no surprise as all the characters are designed by mangaka Umino Chika.
Opening and Ending ThemesThe Opening theme is 'Falling Down' by Oasis. It's the first anime collaboration for Oasis. I'm not an Oasis fan but I do like many of their songs. This is a nice song too!The Ending theme is 'Futuristic Imagination' by School Food Punishment.

Even though her trip was to New York, she decides to drop by Washington D.C. alone to see the White House as she thinks that it's the center of the world. After joking with each other, Saki formally introduces herself.
