If you are yearning for a fun and random anime, then watch
Konjiki no Gash Bell!!. It's full of humor, lame songs (so lame that I can't help but LOL
), action and also sad moments.
Story: (8/10) – GoodTakamine Kiyomaro, a depressed don't-care-about-the-world guy, was suddenly given a little mamono (demon) named Gash Bell to take care of. To his surprise, Gash is involved in an intense fight which determines the ruler of the demon world. All of the demons have to find a human partner and fight it out with the other demons until one survives. Kiyomaro becomes Gash's bookkeeper, and through their many battles, Kiyomaro learns the importance of friendship and courage. The ending in the anime is different from the manga's. In the anime, the entire last arc
from the manga is omitted and that's quite a disappointment. The anime's ending is not too bad but it definitely would have been better if they had not rush to finish the series. Character: 10/10 - AwesomeWhat I like best about
Konjiki no Gash Bell!! is its characters. It's full of cute and funny mamono! Here are some of the characters I like:
Kiyomaro - It's funny to see him in 'devil' mode!
Gash – So cute!!!!!! His voice actor, Ohtani Ikue, makes his character even cuter!
Umagon – Mero mero meh............... (By the way, his real name is Schneider!)
Art/Animation: 7/10 – Fairly GoodThe art and animation is pretty average. The art style is a little rough but I think it's fine for a fun series like this one.
Music: 8/10 – GoodSome of the character songs are really fun and some are very lame.
Enjoyment: 10/10 - AwesomeAlmost all the episodes are funny! It's a lot of fun to watch!
Overall: 8/10 - GoodEven though I enjoy this series tremendously, there is one thing I hate about the series - Mizuno Suzume! She's freaking irritating!
