I am glad I finally get down to watching
Skip Beat!. At first, I was quite reluctant to watch it because of its artwork. The artwork is actually not that bad but it's just not to my liking. Even after watching 4 episodes, my opinion of the artwork hasn't changed. However, I do find the chibi versions of the characters very kawaii :D

(Ren is definitely more good-looking than Sho :D)Skip Beat! scores in its storyline. It's unique and unlike the usual shojo anime. The heroine
(Kyoko) is definitely not cute but not ugly too. She started off as a sweet, hardworking and devoted slave who was willing to do anything for her love interest (
Sho). However, after she found out about how much of a jerk Sho is, her love for Sho turned into hatred and she began her vicious quests for revenge against Sho
(and this is where the fun begins ^^).

Her revenge plan is actually to become a Super Idol so that she can beat Sho, who is currently quite a well-known star. So far, in the first 4 episodes, her plan has been quite smooth sailing. Despite of her lack of relevant talent, she managed to get into LME, a talent agency and enter an audition. She did leave a big impression on the President of LME and the other judges during the audition but they found her lacking one important quality
(to want to be loved by others).
Audition Part 1: Turning a Daikon (radish) into a rose 
She somehow turned it into cabbage instead but she still managed to impress the judges.
Audition Part 2: Reaction Test
She's supposed to respond appropriately to the person talking on the cellphone. The person was apologizing for being a jerk and was asking for reconciliation. Upon hearing that, Kyoko snapped and broke the cellphone..
(haha.. she really can't act!!)

(Left) and Talent Agency Director, Sawara
(Right) were obviously disappointed.Even though she failed the audition, she somehow managed to get back into LME and the President of LME even set up a new section for her called L-O-V-E Me section. It's set up with the aim of "being loved by others".
(haha.. how lame can it get? :P)President is preparing for the Opening of L-O-V-E Me section XD
I can't wait to see how this L-O-V-E Me section works!! ^^
