Lovely Complex and I really enjoy it! This anime really gets me into Lovey Dovey mood ♥
Lovely Complex is a love story between a tall girl and a not so tall guy. The girl, Risa Koizumi, is 172 cm tall — much taller than the average Japanese girl. The guy, Atsushi Otani, is 156 cm — much shorter than the average Japanese guy. Because of their height difference and their humorous interactions, they are called the All Hanshin Kyojin
(after a popular comedy duo that has a similar height difference).
Initially, they always fight and make fun of each other but as time goes by, Risa starts to have feelings for Otani. However, due to their height difference, she finds it hard to confess. After much encouragement from her good friend, Nobuko Ishihara, she gathers the courage to confess to Otani. However, he's not sure how he feels about Risa, and only responds that he can't see her as a girlfriend and apologizes. Despite the rejection, Risa perseveres and eventually wins Otani's heart.I love the humor. I love the characters. I love the sweet confessions. I love the kissing scenes. It may be a little weird to imagine a tall girl and a short guy kissing but in this case, it's really romantic. I especially like the kiss on the roof top
(Episode 18). It's ultra sweet!

Lovely Complex because it's unlike the usual Shojo anime where a cute, petite girl will fall in love with a tall, suave looking guy. The story is interesting, the humor is well placed and there are some unexpected twists. This is a must watch for all who enjoys romance anime!Favorite Character:
