First Impression: Working!!

I enjoy the first episode. The characters seem fun and I like its clean and quirky sense of humor.What's Hot?- The main character, Takanashi Souta, likes things that are small and cute - little kids, puppies, kittens, hamsters and daphnia (water flea)?! In his opinion, Taneshima = daphnia. Souta has very weird thinking. LOL- Interesting and weird characters: a short high school girl who looks like an elementary student, a manager with lots of attitude, a girl who carries a katana around, a Sanji look-alike chef, an easy going chef, and an androphobic girl.- There's good chemistry among the characters.- So far, I like the sense of humor in Working!!.What's Not?- Taneshima can be a little irritating at times but well, I guess most guys will find her cute instead.
